Thermoplastics Ltd produces and delivers quality plastic products as required by our customers.

Thermoplastics Ltd maintains a quality management system in accordance with the requirements of ISO9001:2015 and is committed to continually improve the effectiveness of the system.

Customer satisfaction is a critical business objective. Our processes have been established to assure quality at every stage of the operation. All the process stages are suitably documented, monitored and analysed where necessary. The internal process performance and customer feedback are then evaluated during management review meetings to induce continual improvement. The current yearly goal of Thermoplastics Ltd is not to exceed a percentage IDRs (Internal Defect Report) of 1%.

Thermoplastics Ltd strives on continual improvement to satisfy the increasing level of customer satisfaction. Improvements to the quality management system are reviewed periodically. The organisation aims to mould relationships with its customers through increased trust and confidence.

Thermoplastics Ltd employs experienced and technical personnel to ensure excellent service delivery and commits itself to keep investing in its workforce by providing suitable training to enhance the product and service delivery.
